Hidden in the emerald folds of Azad Kashmir, Keran and Upper Neelum Valley offer an unforgettable day excursion from Muzaffarabad, just a few hours’ drive along one of the most scenic mountain roads in Pakistan. This region is a sanctuary of natural beauty, flanked by pine forests, glacial streams, and panoramic views of the snow-draped Himalayan peaks.

The journey begins with a winding ascent along the Neelum River, where travelers are treated to striking views of terraced fields, waterfalls, and the shimmering blue of the river.
