Pearl Tours & Travels (Pvt) Ltd, acts only as agents on behalf of owners or contractors in providing the services and means of transportation, hotels, restaurants specified in the itineraries and all tickets and vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which such services and means of transportation are offered and provided.

PTTL, or its agents shall not assume any responsibility in any way in connection to or with an injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements of the tour. No responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses due to delays, omissions, re-routing, changes in schedules or other events resulting for improper personal, government or any authority documentation or any local conditions such as weather, seasonal variation, labor strikes, civil disturbances, political unrest and natural calamities (acts of God).

A 25% deposit of the tour cost will be required to make a reservation. Tentative reservations will only be held for a maximum period of one week, three months before the date of travel. The remaining 75% will be due 40 days before initiation of the tour.

Refund will not be admission if cancellations are received 40 days or more to initiation of the tour. At the time of making a reservation and initial deposit the period for cancellation with full refund of the deposit will be stated while acknowledging confirmations. If cancellations are made within forty days of tour department, 50% of the tour cost will not be refundable. No refund will be extended for unused services. If refund becomes due because of circumstances beyond the control of Tour Operator, the same will be made on the basis of actual cot of services and not on a per diem basis.

Pearl Tours & Travels (Pvt) Ltd, has attempted to make the enclosed itineraries as attractive and accurate as possible. In the event of circumstances beyond our control changes my occur. We, therefore, reserve the right to change itineraries, carriers and substitute hotels where necessary. We, however, undertake that wherever possible facilities of similar category and standard will be offered and used. 

For the benefit of our clients, the enclosed itineraries can be altered, changed, extended to suit the requirement of intended tourists. Please feel free to ask for a customized itinerary.

Flights between Islamabad and Gilgit / Skardu and Peshawar to Chitral are subject tow weather and backlog load conditions. In case of non-operation of flight as per the itinerary, alternate transportation will be arranged. Additional costs involved will be collected directly.

It is recommended, for your own protection, that you pre-arrange adequate insurance cover for tour cancellation, medical, baggage loss, accident and other personal effects.

Tour costs are computed in US Dollars and based on a standard prevailing conversion rate at the time of preparation. Drastic changes in the value of US$ in relation to the currency of Pakistan or an exorbitant increase in cost of land services my necessitate an increase in the quoted cost. However, if your tour cost is paid in full you are guaranteed against future price increases provided no changes are made to the original itinerary booked.

If the tour is cancelled by the Operator, monies received from passanger(s) will be refunded as full and final settlement.
